Our restaurant features small plates and cuisine from all over the caribbean and the world, from oxtail empanadas to zucchini sliders. Our wines are hand picked and will add sweet notes of joy to any of our dishes. We aim to deliver exceptional service with a dash of fun and a pinch of excellence.

Our Chef

Dominick has worked in culinary arts throughout Florida, Vermont and New York for the past 28 years and has honed his skills at many fine-dining establishments.  His culinary arts career started at the Trump Towers where he worked under Chef Valencia. He then created masterpieces at the Prohibition Pig for 10 years located in Village Historic, Vermont. Dominick has also spent two years as a corporate baker at the Marriot Hotel. As a master at his craft he has shared his talents with Margaritaville Resort as an Executive Chef and has now taken the position as our Executive Chef.
